1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Glompazoo website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Independent Status & Disclaimer

Glompazoo is an independent travel guide and informational resource. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by ASFINAG, the Austrian Federal Ministry of Transport, or any official Austrian governmental body.

While we strive for 100% accuracy, the road rules, toll prices, and legislation in Austria can change without notice. The information provided is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal or official advice. You are responsible for verifying official regulations before your journey.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding links to official government portals), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Glompazoo. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Czech Republic and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

4. Digital Products & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products (PDF guides, Map POIs), all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or sent to your email. We do not offer refunds for digital goods unless there is a technical defect in the file that prevents its use.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service. You shall not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy the content for commercial purposes.
• Use the site in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Glompazoo, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Incorrect information regarding Austrian road laws leading to fines or penalties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
