Delivery

All products are digital PDF guides. After your payment is confirmed we email a download link to the address you provide at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If it has not arrived within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Withdrawal & refunds

For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends once you expressly agree that delivery starts before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you lose that right. Regardless: if a guide will not download, is corrupted or does not match its description, contact us within 14 days - we will fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
